Punjabi Savoury Scramble: Punjabi Paneer Bhurji Bliss 😊 Recipe

Ingredients 🥄

250g Paneer (Indian cheese), crumbled
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
1 Green Chilli, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
1 inch Ginger, grated
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (adjust to your spice preference)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil (Ghee or vegetable oil)
Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped, for garnish
Salt to taste

Instructions 📋

Let's get cooking! 🍳 First, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
Next, add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Now, add the chopped tomatoes and green chilli. Cook until the tomatoes soften and release their juices, around 3-5 minutes.
It's spice time! Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Sauté for another minute, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and gently mix it with the masala. Be careful not to over-mix, we want to keep some texture!
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is heated through and well coated with the spices.
Finally, sprinkle with garam masala and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
